After receiving the flyers from the USTA, I discovered that the "Become A Volunteer" area contains a mistake. It states the training day will take place on Sunday, May 19th, from 9:30am - 12:30pm.
The date is correct, the DAY IS WRONG! May 19th is a Saturday, not a Sunday.
Please annotate your calendars accordingly.
Since we are hosting the training, I would ask that all interested in helping coach attend. The training is outstanding. It also serves as a nice kickoff event for getting our summer program off to great beginning. See you there.

In the event that rain or severe weather forces the LMTA to cancel that day's tennis activities, the LMTA will notify the Parents & Coaches via email by 3:30pm. We will also post the cancellation on this blog.
The LMTA will always consider the safety of all participants first when making this decision.

Scholarships Available
Scholarship Availability: 6 full fee and 6 half fee scholarships are available. To qualify the participant must be eligible for the subsidized school lunch program and a family member must be willing to volunteer as a coach or helper during the tennis activities. Eligible participants should send a copy of the letter qualifying them for the subsidized school lunch program to: LMTA, P.O. Box xxxx, Lake Mills, WI 53551
